The Stewart Collective
Second nature


This Brunswick East residential development – designed by Clare Hopkins Clarke and Austin Maynard – is adjacent to CERES Community Environment Park and Merri Creek. It required a campaign and collateral that would resonate with the surrounding northside community, which is known for its community-mindedness, colourful character, and for valuing nature and the environment.


The Stewart Collective is committed to establishing a positive and enriching legacy in Brunswick East that that feels like “Second Nature” to the local area and to potential inner-city northside apartment buyers.

The vibrant visual language used for this campaign was informed by the timber and concrete architecture by Clarke Hopkins Clarke, the original and chromatic interiors from Austin Maynard Architects and the vibrancy of the neighbouring CERES Community Environment Park. This celebration of architecture, community and neighbourhood was expressed via a playful, friendly tone of voice, and the project’s environmental focus was expressed by using handmade sustainable details on the project’s collateral.


This was the highest performing project for Victorian apartments on in 2020, resulting in a shift of apartment sales.
