Ensure the brand for an art deco – styled, boutique residential development embodies the opulent, privileged living for which its Toorak setting is renowned.

Response

Evoking the grandeur and glamour of the 1930s, we themed our campaign 'A Return to Greatness'. Expressing the project’s architectural and interior inspiration through a series of sumptuous, detail – rich photographic tableaus, we transposed the exquisite craftsmanship, materiality and optimism of that golden era into a contemporary setting, implying levels of luxury to satisfy even the most discerning buyer.

Our campaign photography was also notable for its use of Bvlgari jewellery—a collaboration consummated at the Neale Whitaker hosted launch event, held at the brand’s flagship store in Melbourne.

Result

Extremely high interest translating directly into immediate sales, with five of the seven residences sold within two months of the Bvlgari launch event.
